Cancellation Policy and Refunds

• No refunds for late check-in / arrival or early check-out.

• No refunds for services not used while at any of the premises.

• 30% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 22 days to 30 days prior to arrival.

• 50% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 8 days to 21 days prior to arrival.

• 100% cancellation fee on the total booking if cancelled 0 to 7 days prior to arrival.
